At the start of this summer we are happy to announce the astounding private exhibition of Shotaro Hokari, entitled ‘Behind the Sun’ at CASHI Gallery from 4th – 26th of July.
Shotaro Hokari, born in 1985, has graduated with a degree in sculpture from Wako University and has been exhibiting art since 2004.
Invited as a guest artist to the renowned, ’101 TOKYO Contemporary Art Fair 2008′ last April he impressively introduced himself to the greater arts community with his unique style.
One of his latest works, and one of his most popular ‘Karma’, was
displayed at the entrance to the Art Fair exhibition centre.
Presently his outstanding works including ‘Karma’ will be displayed at CASHI Gallery alongside his other new pieces and will be themed upon “the Metamorphosis from Darkness” as installation arts.
In addition to viewing his art, Shotaro Hokari will make a visit to our reception party on the first day of the show.
