Masayuki Yoshinaga is a photographer, born in Osaka in 1964. He has been taking photography of people who belong to the minority, live in Japan, such as BOSOUZOKU, teenage bike gang, CHI-MA-, gang group of teenager, KOGYARU, fashion-conscious teenage girl, and foreigners living in Japan.
His works of BOSOUZOKU series have been received high appraisal not only in Japan but also overseas, about 300 works were published as photographic collection, “ZOKU” in 2003 that many people might have seen in exhibiton or prints.
We would re-compose and exhibit obvious one of the greatest works of him to investigate new worth in this time exhibiton.
The reception party will be held on the first day of exhibiton, 8th May, and the artist will be at the gallery. Please feel lively “REALITY” which soak from his work by visiting the gallery.
